Payment and Shipping

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. To be eligible your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.

Reduced price items in our sale are non-returnable.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Include as much information about your reason for wanting to return the item as possible to help us understand and resolve any problem
Once we have acknowledged the issue return your item to us within 7 days.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the shipping, and buyers are advised that they are responsible for the safe return of item. Refunds cannot be processed until the item has been returned safely.
